Refund policy

At HerLuxuryHair, we take pride in providing premium quality hair to ensure every customer experiences true luxury. 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we gladly offer store credit for eligible returns that meet the conditions below. 

Eligibility requirements: 

  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Hair must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered 
  • Items must remain in original packaging with all tags/ Seals intact

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, a store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping fees). 

Please note: 

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we are unable to accept returns on any hair that has been installed, worn, altered, or removed from its original packaging. 

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return packages. 

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.
